After the eight week training program is completed, you graduate and become a Manager. At that level, we like to say you are in charge of your own destiny, because you can go as quickly through the other positions as you are motivated to do so.
A Manager’s responsibilities are to assist in managing the day-to-day operation of a Steak n Shake restaurant. The Manager has the authority to carry out the necessary activities to hold subordinate employees responsible for pre-defined activities that affect ultimate profitability. |
