Not sure about the negative reviews here but our experience was great. Milkshakes came out first (about 5 minutes) burgers came maybe 8-10 minutes later, which makes sense for a burger started on the grill when ordered. Food is a bit greasy, but isn't that part of the diner experience? If my burger isn't dripping it's not done right. Will return!
