We went here about 5 or 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday it was very crowded. We still didn't have to wait all that long. staff was so busy and people are so messy we had to clean our own table. No big deal. We ordered tea, and they were out. I told the staff and he immediately made another batch. Everything fried is made with beef Tallow and I think that's wonderful. It tastes so much better and it's so much healthier for you. The deals are extremely reasonable, starting at $5.99 for a customized burger and fries. Very good in 2026. It was kind of odd, we wanted to customize one of our burgers and couldn't select mayonnaise for it but you could select on other burgers. They have mayonnaise packets available anyways so no big deal. A lot of people don't understand how to use the kiosk to order and spend a lot of time there but that's also one of the only visual menus available. The next confusing thing for some people is the QR code on their receipt. You must scan it first to get a drink. When there's a lot of people waiting to get their drink or they don't know about the scan the QR code policy they might be filling up their Cup on your QR code. I believe you only get one refill
