I have not been to a Steak n Shake in well over 20 years. Not for any particular reason, there's just a lot of options in the area. But I've been wanting to go for a while, so we went for Valentine's Day. It was not busy at all which is a major plus in my book. We were surprised at first about placing our order at a kiosk but it worked out Just fine. The food came out super fast and was delicious. The only minor issue we had was that we didn't realize we had to scan a QR code to get our drinks to dispense. But there was a very kind employee who saw us struggling, and informed us right away.
